Branch Party

Our Branch party was tonight, it was so much fun. We all took soup and had scones. It was at Pres. Oldhams house, they did a great job! There were animals, baby cows, bunnys, horses, sheep, goats, and the Primary children dressed up and made an Original Manger scene display of the Christmas Story, we sang songs and it was really nice. As I watched Kylor watch the kids remake the manger scene, I thought wow! You can't get any closer than this, to what it would have been like the night of Christ's birth. What a magical night that must have been to see the Savior be born! Having given birth to Quinn recently I can't imagine having to ride a Donkey for many miles, 9 months Pregnant as Mary did.
